Instructions:

  1. Please ensure skin is clean and dry before application.
  2. Peel off protective plastic.
  3. Insert and stick the pads into your bra.
  4. Scoop your breasts up and toward the center.
  5. Press the pads firmly onto your breasts to secure them.
  6. Gently peel pads away from skin after use. Wipe skin clean.
